Move Forums

[AffectedArc07]

Invision community has served us well but the renewal is far too expensive and theres many FOSS offerings available (god not discourse I am sick of it).

Account migration would be important but not super required. Worst case scenario I make a read-only archive of the current forums.

As it stands now, the forums are the reason that:

• account linkage is tied to it
• we need a separate tooling daemon for it
• account linkage & the forums themselves require 3 cronjobs
• one of the things holding us to apache

However, there are several cons associated with it:

• need to rewrite admin tooling
• need to rewrite random other tooling
• need to set up authentik to link with byond, patreon, github, whatever forums we implement, maybe ss14
• data migration 💀

I think this is gonna be a decision for other people to make and find usable software
