將 Node.js build / CI / engine pin 與 audit oracle 同步更新為官方安全版本 24.22.1，維持 npm 12.0.2。
59 個 npm lock entries、現有字型素材、codepoints、aliases、Lucide 來源與產物身份不變。此倉庫目前沒有正式 release，此更新不另創造字型發布座標。
驗證：workflow YAML、git diff --check、package identity 及完整 npm lock graph comparison 通過；PR CI 執行既有 build、reproducibility、signature 及 dependency audit。
