Package official Engine340 (clean main, SHA256 independently read back) with the released Web183. This follows the real native ordinary-Key project-create failure caught before publishing522; it does not bypass the fixture with an administrator. Keep all required source/build/runtime/security/registry gates. Add numeric HTTP status diagnosis without exposing response or credentials. 28 packaging +6 registration pure cases passed; new stale339 and README checks passed. Engine34 focused authority/lifecycle cases passed; unchanged registration tests are carried by identical source/classes, not rerun. No HAProxy, production settings, broker, API policy, DB migration or integration-only change. Final formal image/native entry, real node, 8080 deployment and whole matrix acceptance are still pending.
