Formal clean-image native registration7 and startup/restart gates passed; unchanged strict security policy correctly rejected libdbi-perl .3 after Ubuntu published .4 today (USN-8912-1 / CVE-2026-78030 and CVE-2026-88816). Use official SHA256-pinned .deb following existing freetype/libpng pattern, preserve other dated inputs and VEX/vendor-pending policy. Official package bytes verified against Ubuntu package index hash; identity/architecture/runtime bytes/load gates preserved. One focused source contract passed. No auth/RBAC/HAProxy/production changes; final mandatory image/security publication must pass before deployment.
