The manual 550 publication completion mistakenly converted the Host API archive to an empty gzip stream. The image retains the correct package; the immutable standalone attachment is unusable and is explicitly documented. The normal publisher now rechecks the pinned producer SHA-256 after browser report conversion, with an executed negative fixture for empty-gzip substitution. Prepare numeric Server 551 with identical component inputs. Validation: 4 release-note tests and 5 publisher guard tests pass; original failures remain recorded.
