Fresh-cookie login restoration in Web Console 1.6.196 could leave the authenticated account identity unset and block the human upgrade-plan inbox. Package the published Web Console 1.6.197 fix in a new Server 1.6.555 image; keep Server554 publication evidence and its incomplete runtime acceptance intact.
Web inputs retain original producer
4c18b92c926bdadc66d9da5cb1e1cedb5d5677f3, with exact archive, package-lock and runtime-SBOM hashes. The enabled capability ceiling and initially-off mode remain checked. Engine355, other component inputs, VEX statements and vendor review deadlines are unchanged; VEX/vendor documents advance only their release identity.Validation: 100 focused tests passed (47 packaging, 18 component candidate, 15 Web SBOM, 16 published-install, 4 release-note); only Server/Web Docker arguments changed. Independent review passed. Web197 release and its seven anonymous assets were verified before this PR. The existing Server publisher and required CodeQL remain in force. Server555 image identity and the complete 8080 upgrade/restart/marker flow are pending; no image is rebuilt or replaced by this source PR.
