Adds the required publication-rendering boundary and exact qualified component identities to the Server556 candidate note. Keeps candidate/publication/deployment evidence separate. The publisher stopped before image creation because that heading was absent; no image/tag was published. Four release-note format tests and the existing 16 installation-document checks pass. Runtime source and component pins are unchanged.
