Bundle the qualified Web Console 1.6.200/bridge 0.2.2, Engine 0.183.359, Catalog 0.20.17 and Compose 0.14.40 artifacts using their original producer and SHA-256 identities. This connects the native Catalog launch and stopped-only Archive/restore contracts and carries the scoped lifecycle/failure-receipt fixes into the Server assembly. Feature defaults remain off; ordinary Full/legacy paths, operator configuration and data remain intact.
The four component publications passed their required checks and anonymous byte verification. The Engine original CI executed 3,748 tests with zero failures/errors and one existing conditional skip. Server-local packaging checks passed 47 cases; release-note checks passed the three unaffected renderer cases plus the corrected evidence-boundary case. VEX statements and pending vendor entries remain unchanged apart from the new release identity.
Server required checks, original image publication and designated 8080 Core200/Catalog/Archive browser, role/Key/cross-ID and weak-model acceptance remain separate gates. This batch does not complete all 243 frontend groups. Published 558 install examples stay until 559 is actually published; production is outside this change.
