Catalog response validation caused valid project-scoped Key collection reads to return KeyScopeDenied. Typed POST denials also lost inner audit rows when the outer write transaction rolled back after synchronous outbox delivery. Consume the original published Engine360 and Web201 artifacts carrying the common fixes, and install the fixed bounded broker audit-query owner.

Add External Service and DNS Alias typed workflows plus metadata-only audit queries. Preserve native owners, SQL scoping, explicit denials, Full/legacy behavior, private human inputs and default-off opt-ins. Only VEX release metadata changes; applicability statements and vendor entries remain exact.

Validation: Server source gate passed; qualified original component CI/CodeQL and anonymous asset readback passed. Engine408 suites/3822 tests had zero failures/errors and one existing skip, including collection7 and transaction5. Broker source equals its frozen reviewed/tested11-file delta; no unchanged local Go suite was repeated.

Pending after immutable image publication: designated8080 complete Core lifecycle, Catalog/archive, External/Alias/audit, affected roles/cross-ID, layouts/weak models and canonical DENY durability. Existing PASS and original failed runs remain separate. Production is outside this change.
