Mark 0.1.0-beta.1 as published, update installation pins and add the release receipt. Historical alpha evidence is retained; runtime code and the immutable release tag/archive are unchanged.
Verification: crates.io and GitHub downloads match the exact Actions archive by SHA-256. A fresh no_std consumer using the crates.io dependency passed 3 contract and 16 lifecycle tests on Rust 1.88.0. Markdown targets and receipt fields checked locally.
