Summary

Add an interactive 3D constellation graph to the library index, using a catalog generated from Solidity sources and CLI presets.

Changes Made

• Display facets as stars grouped into feature constellations, with search and preset filtering.
• Open documented facet pages in a new tab and mark missing documentation.
• Support responsive layouts and an accessible 2D fallback when WebGL is unavailable.
• Generate a deterministic library catalog before website startup and builds.
• Trigger documentation builds when CLI or Solidity sources change.
• Add catalog, graph, and build-trigger tests, plus a documentation changeset.
