- Fix path canonicalization in WebDav, fixing [BUG] Cant connect to Nextcloud Code 401 #3305, [BUG] WebDAV 1.15 doesn't work anymore #3252
- Use different tmp filenames to work with mod_negotiation
- Try to MOVE instead of deleting first, delete and repeat after 409/412
- Increase Webdav timeouts
- Run more operations in bg
- Ensure to show bg sync UI properly
