Update README for the current script - #128

Restructure the README and bring it in line with the script: supported distributions, quick start, prerequisites, how the domain is found, what gets configured, menu, command line options, readfile settings, encrypted password, checks after joining and troubleshooting. Remove outdated information: home folders are /home/user (not /home/domain.com/user), sssd is restarted with systemctl, and the OU option and rejoin are no longer coming updates.
