doc_summarizer's sample linked a placeholder on a reserved .invalid host, so it could not run at any tag from v0.1.0 to v0.1.3; it now links the cookbook's CatOps deck at the cookbook's v0.18.0 tag, and a hosted run from the committed inputs.json completed. The release skill gains a fourth gate, check-samples.sh, which refuses a sample URL on a reserved domain or pinned to anything but a tag on GitHub (directly or through a redirect) and asks every other one for its first byte; docs/releasing.md and the README's contributor rules say the same.
