One tool that could potentially help us is dbprocessing:
dbprocessing automates the routine data processing needs arising in every Heliophysics mission. This Python-based, database-driven process controller uses the arrival of new data to automatically execute relevant processing codes, providing updated files for all possible data products.
Since the docs describe dbprocessing as being "in early" beta, we'd need the participation of a developer. There's a chance we'd also need to help out a bit with package maintenance there, for example if it doesn't end up working with a new version of a dependency, or there's a capability we need that it doesn't yet have. I'll be looking into this.
