Summary

Raise the package minimum and Ruff target to Python 3.10 and update all Qt test matrices. Adopt the native array union bound, retain tomli for Python 3.10, and reuse the PythonQwt PySide6 6.12.0 exclusion for the new minimum-version job. Update active/generated documentation and release notes.

Local validation

  • Array editor unit test passed on CPython 3.10.11 and 3.14.5.
  • Python 3.10 / PySide6 6.11.2 rendering and array editor validation passed.
  • Wheel/sdist, full configured Ruff and generated requirements verified.
