- **Amazon Bedrock**: Model allowlists now recognize cross-region inference profiles (for example, `us.anthropic.claude-…`) when the base model is allowed, and support application inference profile ARNs added to the allowlist. - **Vertex AI**: Anthropic models on the Messages API now support the `context_management` and `safeguards` parameters. When Provisioned Throughput cost attribution is skipped (`vertex_skip_ptu_cost_attribution`), streaming requests are now also recorded at zero cost, consistent with non-streaming requests. ### Fixes and Improvements

- **MCP Gateway**: When an external MCP server can't be reached (for example, due to a DNS failure or a refused connection), the gateway now returns a clear `502` error that identifies the server, instead of a generic `500` error.
