Adds the parameter
minSpeciesEcoregionShare(default 0.07) and passes it toLandR::makeAndCleanInitialCohortData(). WithinstudyArea_biomassParam, a species present (cover aboveminCoverThreshold) in fewer than 7% of an ecoregion's vegetated pixels is removed from every pixel of that ecoregion. With no cohorts left there, the existing code gives itestablishprob = 0and nomaxB/maxANPPin that ecoregion.The default comes from BC ELFs with BEC zones (
localEcozones). Western redcedar in the mountain hemlock (MH) zone ranges up to 6.7% by ELF (13.2.1), and in ESSF up to 2.2%. It should not persist in either. Its lowest share where it belongs is 7.3% (ICH in ELF 14.1). Set the parameter to 0 for the old behaviour.Merge order: needs PredictiveEcology/LandR#264 merged and bumped to 1.2.0.9046 (the new
