Add --buildFuture to the docker-compose Hugo server command so articles with a publication date in the future (e.g. release announcements scheduled ahead of time) are rendered when previewing locally. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
Release announcements are often written ahead of time with a future publication date (e.g. the PrestaShop 9.2.0 article dated 2026-09-30). Hugo skips future-dated content by default, so these articles do not appear when previewing the site locally with Docker, which makes it impossible to review them before publication.
