Coq: the insertion menu in all backends, and two menu fixes

  • Insertion menu: the INSERT menu and its submenus built from the keyword databases move from coq-abbrev.el to coq-templates.el, as coq-insert-menu, next to the insertion commands, so that every backend can use it. The Proof General menu is unchanged.
  • Fix: the menu entries Set/Unset Printing Compact Contexts ran Set/Unset Printing Implicit, and Print Implicit... ran Print.
  • The comment on coq-load-path in coq-templates.el now names coq-project.el.

Tests:

  • the menu without a backend;
  • each Set/Unset Printing X menu entry runs the command for flag X.

Test: the menu without backend in coq-test-without-pg.
