Summary

Consolidates the open Dependabot PRs that can land together without breaking the app into a single PR, with lockfile refresh and the small code fixes those bumps require.

Included (from open Dependabot PRs)

Source Change
#94 Production group: @prisma/adapter-pg, @upstash/*, adm-zip, @lucide/svelte, marked, openai, otpauth, stripe, swagger-ui-dist
#76 @asteasolutions/zod-to-openapi 8 → 9 (and matching sveltekit-api override)
#87 / #86 @skeletonlabs/skeleton + skeleton-svelte 4 → 5
#98 / #97 / #96 Vitest browser/coverage packages 4 → 5, plus vitest itself to 5.0.3 (required for peer compatibility)
#95 @types/node 22 → 26
#62 Docker base images node:22-alpine → node:26-alpine

Excluded

Source Reason
#69 (typescript 6 → 7) typescript-eslint still declares typescript: ">=4.8.4 <6.1.0"; TS 7 cannot install cleanly yet

Code fixes required by the bumps

  • Stripe apiVersion updated to 2026-08-26.dahlia for stripe@22.6.x
  • OIDC JWT helper uses global JsonWebKey (removed from the crypto namespace in @types/node 26)
  • Prettier class-order touch-ups from the refreshed toolchain

Verification

  • npm run check — 0 errors
  • npm run test:unit -- --run — 703 passed / 5 todo
  • npm run build — success
  • npm run format — clean for tracked files

After merge, the superseded Dependabot PRs can be closed.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Updated the app’s runtime and several underlying libraries to newer versions.
    • Updated the payment service’s API version.

No user-facing feature or behavior changes are noted.

Batch compatible Dependabot PRs into one change set: production
dependency minors/patches, zod-to-openapi 9, Skeleton 5, Vitest 5
(including vitest itself), @types/node 26, and Node 26 Docker images.

Skip TypeScript 7 because typescript-eslint still peers on <6.1.0.

Also update Stripe API version and JsonWebKey typing for the new
package majors, plus Prettier class-order fixes from the lock refresh.

Walkthrough

The change updates the Docker Node image, package versions, the Stripe API version, and a JWK type cast. It also reorders existing utility classes in Svelte components without changing the listed classes or behavior.

Changes

Runtime and application maintenance

Layer / File(s) Summary
Runtime and dependency versions
Dockerfile, package.json
The Docker stages now use node:26-alpine. package.json upgrades Skeleton, Vitest and its browser and coverage packages, plus several other dependencies and an override.
Server API and type updates
src/lib/server/oidc/jwt.ts, src/lib/server/stripe.ts
The JWK conversion casts to JsonWebKey. The Stripe client uses API version 2026-08-26.dahlia.
Svelte utility class ordering
src/lib/components/DraggableTestCase.svelte, src/routes/Header.svelte, src/routes/blog/+page.svelte, src/routes/features/+page.svelte, src/routes/pricing/+page.svelte, src/routes/sms/+page.svelte, src/routes/teams/[teamId]/invite/+page.svelte
Existing utility classes are reordered in button and link class lists. The class values and described behavior remain unchanged.

🌐 Web query:

site:nodejs.org/en/about/previous-releases Node.js 26 October 2026 Current LTS production policy Node Docker official image LTS

💡 Result:

As of **October 4, 2026**, Node.js **26 is Current**, not yet LTS. The Node.js release page says production apps should use **Active LTS or Maintenance LTS**; its schedule lists v26 as Current, with LTS transition scheduled for **October 28, 2026**. So for production today, use an LTS line such as Node.js 24 or 22—not 26. ([nodejs.org](https://nodejs.org/en/about/previous-releases?source=post_page---------------------------&utm_source=openai))

The official Node Docker image guidance likewise says production applications should use LTS releases. Its `node:lts` tag selects the **Active LTS** release; use a versioned tag if you specifically need a Maintenance LTS line. ([github.com](https://github.com/nodejs/docker-node?utm_source=openai))

Keep the production image on an LTS major.

The production Compose configuration selects this stage. As of October 4, 2026, Node 26 is Current and does not enter LTS until October 28. Node.js guidance recommends Active or Maintenance LTS for production. Change base and production together to keep the builder and runtime aligned.

Node 26 is not LTS until later this month, so pin the Docker images
and @types/node to the current Node 24 line. Restore crypto.JsonWebKey
typing that @types/node 24 still provides.
