New squeeze page at /launch, per Jangle's brief. Minimal, email capture as the main action.
Logo, tagline, email field, supply cap, proof of work, link to the mining guide. No nav or footer.
All nine locales. Excluded from the sitemap, still indexable so shared links preview.
Production build passes.
One thing untested: the form posts blank first and last names to /waitlist since it's email-only. If the API rejects blank names, signups fail silently.
Launch signups also go to the same list as the newsletter for now. It's one constant to change once the backend can take a source param.
