CS-repo2dockerの参照を 2026.10.0 に更新します。
CS-repo2docker 2026.10.0 は、upstream jupyterhub/repo2docker 2026.04.0 を取り込んだリリースです(RCOSDP/CS-repo2docker#31)。CS-tljh-repo2docker は CS-binderhub と CS-repo2docker を同一環境に pip インストールするため、CS-tljh-repo2docker を 2026.10.0 に更新するには、CS-binderhub 側の参照も揃える必要があります。
あわせて、CI の Argo Rollouts のインストールを v1.9.2 に固定しました。
releases/latest(v1.10系) の CRD がkubectl applyのアノテーションサイズ上限を超えるようになり、tests ジョブが Install Argo Rollouts のステップで失敗していたためです。
