Summary

What does this PR do?

Bump the tailscale package from 1.98.8 to 1.104.4 (current stable). Only PKG_VERSION and the arm64/amd64 tarball SHA256 values change; the tarball layout (tailscale_<ver>_<arch>/) is unchanged, so pre_unpack works as-is.

SHA256 values are taken from the official .sha256 files on pkgs.tailscale.com, and the arm64 one was re-checked against the downloaded tarball.

Testing & Verification

  • Device(s) Tested: Anbernic RG353PS (RK3566), ROCKNIX next build 2a01f59e3329fd14923ccbe6f703cd84f0367196
  • Build Artifacts / Commit: No full image build. The official 1.104.4 arm64 binaries (the same tarball this package fetches) were tested on the device in place of the 1.98.8 ones.

Test Steps

  1. Copied tailscale / tailscaled from tailscale_1.104.4_arm64.tgz to /storage and bind-mounted them over /usr/sbin/tailscale{,d}.
  2. systemctl restart tailscaled (the stock tailscaled.service, existing state in /storage/.cache/tailscale).
  3. Checked the version, tailnet status and connectivity from another node.

Test Results & Evidence

# systemctl is-active tailscaled
active
# tailscale version
1.104.4
# journalctl -u tailscaled
tailscaled[415806]: Program starting: v1.104.4-t938213198-gd38c96d6a, Go 1.27.3: []string{"/usr/sbin/tailscaled", "--cleanup"}

The existing login state was kept (no re-auth needed). SSH over the tailnet works, and tailscale ping rg353ps from another node gets a direct pong in 3 ms.

Additional Context & Reviewer Notes

  • The x86_64 hash was updated too but not tested on hardware.
  • The LibreELEC addon package (packages/addons/service/tailscale, 1.102.2) is not touched.
