Explicit init bypasses automatic range unrolling in ASTRewriter.visit_For. Check that behavior and LDS dominance instead of requiring typed bounds.

Adds a small catalog entry point under
skills/flydsl-kernel-authoringthat locates a FlyDSL checkout and loads the existing.claude/skills/flydsl-kernel-authoring/SKILL.md. The native skill and its reference remain unchanged. The entry includes a skill card, three positive/two negative routing cases, two behavioral cases that require loading the native skill, and structural CI. The AMD catalog can import this package without carrying a second copy of the kernel reference.
Validation: skill structure and references pass; the existing native skill is byte-for-byte unchanged against
main. Structural CI passes. Both behavioral cases pass (12/12 expectations), using the imported entry and a fresh FlyDSL checkout. The pipeline expectation checks the current frontend's explicitinithandling and LDS dominance. Local routing with both FlyDSL entries passes all 15 cases, including shared negatives, and the revised pipeline prompt passes a targeted rerun; the runner also registers built-in skills. Catalog installation passes for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Windsurf. No GPU validation was performed.Catalog integration and walkthrough: amd/skills#266.
