Improves #1391
Description of the Change
Changes the links in
spotless.license.javato usehttps:instead ofhttp:, and pushes those changes into each file.Also updates a couple of outliers to use the standard license text (
MathFunctions,net.rptools.maptool.client.script.javascript.api.package-info.java).I kept this PR separate from #6038 since it is purely non-functional text and is essentially the same change repeated over a couple thousand files.
