Summary

Move the HttpResponseObjectProvider to the JSI NativeState. Binds native C++ memory directly to the lifecycle of a JavaScript object, allowing the JavaScript Garbage Collector (GC) to automatically clean up the native data when the JS object is garbage collected.

Changes

Rename the HttpResponseObjectProvider.h to HttpResponseObjectNativeState.h, and extends facebook::jsi::NativeState.

Bind the native state to the HttpResponseObject.h inside. We do not bind the native state through the HttpResponseObject.h class consumer, similar as the WebSocketObject.h.
