Updatum finds the .app through AppContext.BaseDirectory, which Godot points at Contents/Resources, so on macOS it would sync the update inside the running bundle. On macOS the app is now swapped by a small script after the game exits (the old app is restored if the copy fails), then relaunched. Windows/Linux still go through Updatum unchanged.

Adds the same util.Platform helper as the restart PR, so the two merge cleanly in either order.

Testing

Builds; dotnet format --verify-no-changes and dotnet csharpier check . pass.

Split out of #171 as requested.

Updatum detects .app bundles via AppContext.BaseDirectory, which Godot
points at Contents/Resources, so it would sync updates inside the running
bundle. On macOS, swap the .app ourselves instead and restore the old one
if the copy fails.
