changes

• 18 results per page instead of 20, setting it to scrolling loads the next page as you reach the bottom
• notable mappers have the rhythia gradient color, code is a bit messy but it works
• rate limits are now handled
• maps without cover show the placeholder cover instead of no cover
• hid the ranking status since theres no ranking yet

additions

• notable only filter (shows maps made by at least 1 notable mapper)
• verified only filter (shows maps manually verified by an admin), its enabled by default

removals

• the downloaded filter, it would filter after paging, giving you less than 18 results
