fix(pianola): make automatic repair permission explicit - #1956
Add a registered, false-default repair permission with normal CLI read/write support, Settings hydration and a confirmed-save control. The CLI alias explains the separate permission, and CLI/UI show the effective mode. Legacy raw encoreFeatures.autopilot does not silently grant permission.
Evidence
Before: four adapter regressions failed for alias disclosure, effective-mode reporting and explicit repair permission. After: 324 tests passed across four targeted permission/store/supervision/style suites on 557cb31f471547695e6add48a775b6d58a16c858; the earlier CLI, Settings, search and style qualification passed 230 tests.
Tests cover real CLI file-storage read/write, opt-in/revocation, feature-off behavior, failed/pending saves, out-of-order acknowledgements and hydration, visible search terms, the named permission switch and merge refusal.
All three TypeScript projects, targeted source/test ESLint, formatting, documentation verification and whitespace checks passed. Independent local Standards/Spec review findings were addressed.
No native/live desktop or Windows 1.1.0-RC reproduction. Full local pre-push validation was skipped with a command-scoped hook override; global/repository hooks remain unchanged.
