fix: render typing indicator in-flow and stop scroll snapping to bottom

Description

• The typing indicator was an opaque overlay that hid the last message. It's now an in-flow row below the message list,
  so it doesn't cover text.
  • Scrolling back to the bottom after messages arrived off-screen snapped the view to the exact bottom. Fixed the stale
    counter in the auto-follow logic that caused it.
