README: what slices 142 and 144 changed for a reader. Docs only.

What changes

• The "Acts" bullet under Status gains one sentence. Since slices 142 and 144, receipts follow the N6 profile's draft v0.1-r7:
  • the codec agrees with every vector of the publisher's v0.1 set (593 of 593, slice 142);
  • Ed25519 keys and signatures are held to the profile's strict rule (slice 144);
  • a defect inside bytes a valid signature covers is the signer's act: exit 7 from the verifier, with the one defect named (slice 144).

Not changed here

• The Status section's tag count still reads "37, on 2026-09-24"; there are 58 slice/* tags today. Bringing that paragraph and its milestone list up to date belongs with the next approval PR, where a milestone changes.
