Reachability continuation. runtime_acceptance_suite::application_production_reachability::every_cursor_carrying_code_operation_mints_and_spends_a_continuation panics at crates/tracedecay/tests/runtime_acceptance_suite/application_production_reachability.rs:447. A stress run on an origin/master worktree failed 5 of 40 times. It also fails as TRY 2 in Hauler lanes (seen 2026-09-29).
Reconcile freshness. A code_index_scheduler::tests::reconcile test fails with a (Some(Verifying), Pending) freshness mismatch. A 200-run stress on origin/master failed twice with the same mismatch CI reported.
Git watch debounce. git_watch::tests::linked_worktree_operation_holds_real_debounce_until_marker_clears fails at crates/tracedecay-code-index-runtime/src/git_watch/tests.rs:643 in the Test Linux runtime partition (PR #2999's earlier head, unrelated to its diff).
Dashboard chunk load. The Dashboard vitest job fails with ChunkLoadError: Failed to fetch dynamically imported module (PR #2999's earlier head, unrelated to its diff).
Each needs a root cause rather than a retry. The reachability and reconcile cases reproduce under local stress, so they are the place to start.
