• hook admission ledgers written before the group-commit log, and pre-ledger pending-work spools, are no longer imported; the daemon refuses them until tracedecay wipe --stale --yes resets them. A stale workflow placement digest is answered as a conflict with a workflow_placement_digest_stale detail instead of invalid_request, and conflict problems may carry a detail.
