A widget group wider than its tray is cut off while editing the bar in place #430
While editing the bar in place, a widget group wider than its whole tray is cut off at the tray's edge. Crowded trays wrap onto more rows (#429), but a group is drawn as one piece and can't be split across rows, so it takes a row of its own and the part past the tray's edge is hidden. The visible part can still be dragged, which moves the whole group, but a hidden member's − badge and its click to open settings can't be reached there. Settings → Bar still lists every widget.
On main before #429, the same group ran past the screen edge instead.
Steps to reproduce
Put a group whose widgets add up to more than the space beside the notch in Right on a notched MacBook, or give one grouped widget "style": { "width": 1500 }.
Choose Edit Bar in Place.
Try to remove or click the group's last member.
Expected
Every member of a group can be reached while editing, as every widget can since #429.
BarEditFlow (Sources/StableBar/BarEditFlow.swift) gives an item wider than the tray a row of its own without shrinking it, and BarEditSection (Sources/StableBar/BarEditView.swift) clips the tray. BarEditLayout (Sources/StableBar/BarEditing.swift) sizes trays from their widgets' one-row width only, so it doesn't know a tray holds a group wider than its share. Possible directions: give a tray at least its widest group's width when that side of the bar has room, or let only a row holding an oversized group scroll sideways.
