docs: install + Claude Code usage - #2

Conversation
Adds a copy-pasteable install section: docker login to GHCR (private package), pull + run the image, register with Claude Code via `claude mcp add -- docker run --rm -i ... <image>` (and the local uv form), a config/env table, the real tool list, and a smoke check. Every command/env/tool/entrypoint verified against source; each documented docker-run MCP invocation was run live (handshake OK). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Full install + Claude Code usage instructions
Adds a complete, copy-pasteable install/usage section so this MCP can be pulled and used with Claude Code out of the box:
docker login ghcr.iostep (the package is private, needs aread:packagestoken), then the exactdocker pull/docker runwith the correct flags/env.claude mcp add … -- docker run --rm -i … <image>(stdio), plus the localuvform.Every command, env var, tool name, and entrypoint was verified against the source, and each documented
docker runMCP invocation was run live (initialize + tools/list handshake succeeded) before this was written.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
