I want to "initialize" GraphForge to a local Folder Handler
So that I can securely use data and resources from my PC on GF

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
- Project Initialize granting GP Read/Write Permission to a folder on users PC
- Folder Structure Starts with "Project Name"
- Second Level "My Data"
- On Initialize a Graph Forge "Demo Project" is created with 2 files in "My Data" (BFO.ttl and Pizza.owl)
- Project, file, and docs appear in side navigation
- Click "..." to edit, rename, duplicate, delete
- Ability to +Add docs
- Ability to +Project and custom name of project (creates Default "My Data" folder)
