What Problem This Solves
Unraid template definitions had no standardized report-only security scanner coverage or private inventory artifacts.
Summary
Add unfiltered Gitleaks, OSV-Scanner, and Trivy filesystem/IaC callers using one immutable infra workflow commit. Add contract coverage for triggers, pins, permissions, and GHAS exclusions.
