    Submitted PR #1062 implementing the advanced dispute resolution and arbitration framework (contracts/split/src/advanced_dispute.rs, docs/ISSUE_1037_ADVANCED_DISPUTE_RESOLUTION.md, and issue_1037_tests with conflict-free arbitrator panel selection, cryptographic evidence submission, weighted panel voting, appeal window & appellate resolution, and automated on-chain settlement enforcement): #1062
