Change-filtered queries currently inspect every row even when an archetype has no new stamps. Add per-column added and changed summaries so generated queries skip those tables, while preserving exact row filtering for
[Each]and named queries.[EachBlock]now acceptsAdded<T>andChanged<T>at block granularity, andAV011is retired.Update all tracked write and row-migration paths to maintain the summaries. Add runtime and generator coverage, sparse-change and tick-width benchmarks, and consumer documentation. The recorded step 7 benchmarks show the sparse 100,000-entity workload at 0.16 of its previous time. Keep 64-bit ticks because the measured 32-bit gains do not justify the extra complexity.
Validation:
./scripts/verify.ps1, including 167 tests, package consumers, Native AOT, sample verification, and allocation smoke checks.pnpm run test:release, all 21 tests passed.pnpm run build.git diff --cached --check.Full benchmark comparisons are recorded in
benchmarks/step7-block-change-summaries.md; they were not rerun for this commit.
