Release notes for desktop 5.1.0, so the Release Desktop run (minor bump to 5.1.0+107) publishes them instead of the placeholder.

It's a minor bump, not a patch, because this release adds features. It covers the desktop changes merged since 5.0.2:

  • #404: Hush and her four abilities.
  • #399, #400, #401: select items with a box or a click, move them together, copy and paste them between strategies. A plain drag on the map now selects, and Space+drag pans, so the notes say that outright.
  • #405: lineup lines and agents no longer drift mid-edit.
  • #398: small custom shapes move by their center dot.
  • #403: agents with no walking route slide straight between pages.

#394 to #397 are web-only and already live, and #402 only changes a test, so none of them is listed.
