Synter's uploaded Desktop plugin can remain on 1.0.0 while the repository advances, and the previous release flow did not validate the actual ZIP contents. This prepares version 1.1.3 with explicit upload-versus-marketplace update instructions, browser OAuth guidance, consistent publisher/brand metadata, and a release archive that includes the required runtime files.
The build now validates the extracted archive, 57 skills, 7 agents, one SessionStart hook, one OAuth connector, and the canonical logo. Release tags must match the manifest version, and each archive ships with a SHA-256 checksum.
Validation: strict Claude source and extracted-plugin validation passed; clean installation in an isolated Claude Code config passed; corrupted version, missing-skill, and nested-archive checks were rejected as expected. No release tag or production publication was performed. A fresh Claude Desktop upload remains pending because another task was using its file picker; existing Desktop 1.0.0 was confirmed.
