This is the Facility aspect of the TOMToolkit CFHT integration. Will work via the AEONlib CHFT interface.

Tasks:

• create repo
• boilerplate facility pieces
• GitHub actions and other infrastructure pieces
• pull-request, review
• CFHT-specific UI componenents
• initial PyPI release

Blockers and Details:

• Add support for CFHT Kealahou to AEONlib AEONplus/AEONlib#59
