Walkthrough

README.md adds a Requirements section. It states that users need a self-dumped Mario Kart Wii backup, lists accepted formats, and documents region requirements for Retro Rewind in Dolphin and Wiicompiled.

The README adds requirements documentation, with only a minor punctuation typo in the documented .ciso file extension. The change is otherwise merge-ready after correcting that documentation error.
