This PR aims to prevent unexpected file-read alerts during automatic clipboard detection while preserving explicit file scanning.
Changes:
- Adds a file-access guard to pasteboard image loading.
- Disables file access for observer-triggered detection.
- Leaves skipped files uncached for later explicit scanning.
