lock.ico had an opaque white background baked into every frame, so the rounded tile showed white corners on the desktop and taskbar. Cut the background out with anti-aliased edge alpha, rebuild all sizes (now incl. 24px) from the 256px master, and regenerate the icon-only .syso files. rsrc_windows_*.sysofiles (no manifest, per src/README.md)Verified: release build links, and the icon embedded in the UPX-compressed exe has transparent corners.
