Several committed docs (CLAUDE.md, docs/workflow/MEMORY.md) describe files/directories that are not in the committed tree, and .cursor/hooks.json hardcodes a machine-specific absolute path, unlike the portable pattern used in the sibling .claude/settings.json.

What changed in this PR
This is a documentation- and tooling-configuration-only PR (no changes to the breakinglab.sh launcher, lib/, hooks, or config/). It introduces an "agent workflow map" so AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Copilot) share one source of truth, publishes the planning/governance documents the README already intended to reference, and wires up the graft context-graph tooling.
Changes:
- Adds the agent map (
CLAUDE.md+.cursor/rules/workflow.mdc) with short pointers fromAGENTS.md,GEMINI.md, and.github/copilot-instructions.md, plus agent memory/learnings/decisions underdocs/workflow/. - Publishes planning/governance docs under
docs/and.github/prompts/, linked fromREADME.mdand noted inCHANGELOG.md. - Adds
graftMCP/hook tooling config (.mcp.json,.cursor/*,.claude/*,.gemini/settings.json) and ignores.backups/andgraft/.
