振り返り機能（#5751）を、epic のブランチ
feature/ride-reviewからdevに入れます。乗車した距離と時間を端末内に記録し、今週・今月・今年ごとに振り返れるようにします。記録はオプトインで、既定はオフです。これまで epic のブランチから直接 Canary に出して確かめてきました（#7112、#7120、#7126、#7131、#7139）。
