Upgrade project to .NET 10 LTS

Upgrades the entire Remotely solution from .NET 8.0 to .NET 10.0 LTS across all projects, packages, and CI workflows.

• All projects: net8.0 → net10.0, net8.0-windows → net10.0-windows
• Fixed pre-existing malformed TFMs (.net8.0, .net8.0-windows) in Desktop.Core and Desktop.Win.Tests

Code fix

Removed the custom ToAsyncEnumerable extension in Shared/Extensions/IEnumerableExtensions.cs — it now conflicts with the built-in System.Linq.AsyncEnumerable.ToAsyncEnumerable shipped in .NET 9+:

CI / build scripts

• build.yml, run_tests.yml: dotnet-version: 8 → dotnet-version: 10
• Desktop.Win.csproj PostBuild hardcoded paths: net8.0 → net10.0
