Summary
Prepare v0.7.1 by updating the CMake and Python package versions. Refresh the library benchmark results for GIST1M and DBpedia: 16 ANN builds, 130 query points, and two QGKMeans fits. Retain the latest Faiss and SuperKMeans measurements unchanged.
Regenerate the benchmark tables, curves and homepage figure, and document the measured source revision, build settings and extension hash. The homepage plotting script changes only its version label; library implementation, APIs, formats and dependencies are unchanged. These shared-host measurements do not establish a causal speedup over earlier versions.
Testing
git diff --checkpassed.PR CI and release-platform wheel checks remain pending. Merging this version bump into main can trigger the existing automatic release workflow after CI passes.
